That (near you) - tēnā, te... nā

tēnei, tēnā, tērā, ēnei, ēnā, ērā

Tērā is deternner that means "that over there". The pural is ērā ("those things over there").

There is an alternative structure with the same meaning:

te mea rā.
the thing over there.

ngā mea rā.
the things over there.
